Is a safe non judgemental space that is personal to you, every body is unique and so is the experience you will encounter on your journey. Time To Talk believes that 'Talking is Power', but we also know that is can (at times) be difficult, because we understand this we endeavour to try and find ways that will help with this process i.e.: creativity or 'walk and talks'. We have worked with people with Autism and Aspergers who have found this approach helpful in engagement.
About Time To Talk
Both Ruth and Debbie are trained Humanistic Integrative Counsellors and are both members of the BACP. Between them they have over 8 years experience of working with people (and their carers) who are suffering with an eating disorder, (whether diagnosed or not) and many other mental health conditions. They are holistic in their approach and will find ways that will work each individual.
Time to Talk believe's that everyone should be able to access counselling and we will always be happy to discuss concessionary rates for low income households or students.
Here are the current rates for 1:1 50 min counselling sessions:
* 1st visit (assessment/get to know you) is FREE of charge.
